I think it's finally time to get this contest going no? Hopefully a few will decide to enter and we can this up and running over the next several months

So What's This Contest I Hear?

As many of you know by now, on October 10th 2007 it was made official that Sonic the Hedgehog would be a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, an announcement that shocked around the Internet. A video appeared on the Dojo website showing just how good Sonic will look in gameplay. All that is left for this game is the anticipation of it coming out for the Wii on February 10th.

In your view, how would you picture in gameplay for this game? Could you picture Sonic an integral part of the storyline? Will Sonic have his own stage? How would you picture Sonic fighting against some of the best Nintendo characters in history? You already have a glimpse of what's to come, now try to give your perspective on Sonic and his impact in the ring.

For this contest, you are either submit a drawing hand-made or digitally-created on the computer that represents this idea: How do you picture Sonic in Brawl? Be creative! Include a background to give your picture a better perspective on what stage you're on. Include other official characters if you like. For a complete list of who's in go here: [link]

Rules and Guidelines

Just a couple of rules to follow before you enter:

--> This contest is only on Sonic, please do not include any other Sonic characters that have not yet qualified for this game. If more do become available I will update accordingly.
--> Please do not include any fan characters, stick to Sonic and any characters already confirmed for this game.
--> You can include ATs as well if you want but try to include main characters as well if you decide to do so
--> Please keep your entries PG-rated, meaning no gore or blood. Even if the game will be rated Teen
--> Only one entry per person
--> Please submit your deviation online first to your dA account and note me that it is ready so I can leave a thumbnail of it below
--> Minimum entries for contest to take effect: 30. If not reached by the deadline then contest will be canceled (I think that's a fair number, considering the prizes. If you disagree comment below)

1st place: $100 cash prize

2nd place: 1-year subscription to dA

3rd place: 6-month subscription to dA

Prizes are all subject to change without notice. I may be throwing some Sonic-related items into the mix as well.
